​Rosaleen McNeill brings over 30 years of talent acquisition and management experience in the Life Sciences sector to her role as Managing Director of Sirius Talent Solutions. Since founding the company in 2012, she has led her team in delivering high-impact recruitment projects for clients around the world.

Rosaleen’s career is distinguished by a series of key leadership roles in talent acquisition. She has partnered with emerging biotech innovators in interim talent leadership capacities – taking on global talent scouting and head of talent acquisition assignments at organizations such as Constructive Bio, Owkin, F-star Therapeutics, and Kymab Ltd. Earlier in her career, Rosaleen also held significant recruitment positions at global pharmaceutical companies including AstraZeneca (within the Oncology Business Unit), Gilead Sciences, and Takeda.

This breadth of experience gives Rosaleen a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in attracting top-tier talent in the Life Sciences industry. She leverages this knowledge to guide the Sirius Talent Solutions team in crafting effective search strategies and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Rosaleen holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde – credentials that provide a solid foundation in both the scientific and business aspects of the field.
